Unfortunately, this man is allowed to speak when reporters are around. It's getting laughable. Paterson is calling for smaller government by cutting public services in a time of need. They're using phrases like "private sector approach" and "mergers", and I'm wondering why the people of New York are expected to pay taxes this year.
Paterson should find some "private investors" to "financially back" the state services. Fuck taxes.
