Sarah Palin vs Facebook: 10 most disastrous things she could post

Forget the list. Today Palin posted the single most disastrous passage she could ever possibly concoct via Facebook (the only media outlet that will let her say anything):

“The America I know and love is not one in which my parents or my baby with Down Syndrome will have to stand in front of Obama’s ‘death panel’ so his bureaucrats can decide, based on a subjective judgment of their ‘level of productivity in society,’ whether they are worthy of health care. Such a system is downright evil.”

Okay. So, there is so much that concerns me about that ridiculous grouping of 'merican words. The fact that she refers to Trig as "my baby with Down Syndrome" aside, Palin has completely made up a group of evil villains, conveniently dubbed "Obama's 'death panel'". Which would be okay if she were writing fan fiction, but she's not. She also puts "death panel" in quotation marks as if she actually heard another person say it, and not just the voice in her head. The phrase "level of productivity in society" is also in quotation marks. Some unsuspecting (fervently ignorant) dummy will read that and believe that she's pulling this gibberish from real places (her ass does not constitute a real source). That last fake quote could even be mistaken as language from the proposed health care plan. Here's the thing Internet-users: the President is trying to coax an idiotic, self-interested group of politicians into sitting down and figuring out a means of reforming our health care system for the folks that voted them into office. I whole-heartedly believe that he is not interested in creating "death panels" that will come after your "Down Syndrome'd" baby, Sarah. I promise. (Wonkette)
